Rob Orman, MD, is a physician coach with two decades of experience in emergency medicine. He now helps doctors get unstuck, recover from burnout, and build careers worth staying in.

He is the host of Stimulus, a top-ranked medical podcast on resilience and career design for physicians, and an ICF-certified coach trained through the Center for Executive Coaching and Positive Intelligence. Through thousands of hours of coaching, Rob has helped physicians navigate conflict, improve communication, and recalibrate their work and lives.

Rob previously served as chief editor of EM:RAP, created the ERcast podcast, and for nearly a decade hosted Essentials of Emergency Medicine, the world's largest single-track emergency medicine conference. He also served as a technical advisor on the Emmy-winning HBO series The Pitt.
