Forbes Deputy Editor Rob Berger is an investor, blogger, former lawyer, and self-proclaimed “Buckeye fanatic.” Berger received his J.D. from Boston University in 1992, working as a litigation attorney and securities industry regulator. Berger’s foray into financial blogging began in 2007 when he founded the popular website doughroller.net. Since its inception, doughroller.net has received tens of millions of visitors and has become an authority in the world of personal financial advice. Berger's work has been featured in a number of publications, including Forbes, MSN Money, U.S. News and World Report, and Yahoo! Finance. He is also the host of the “Dough Roller Money Podcast,” where he shares his best money tips, tricks, and tools. In his free time, Berger enjoys reading, writing, competitive chess, and building online businesses. Rob currently lives in Fairfax, VA with his wife of 30 years. They have two grown children.
