Raymond Toms is a retired Physics Teacher based in Scotland. Now a science‑fiction author building a long‑form, cinematic universe of deep‑space exploration, high‑stakes encounters, and grounded, character‑driven drama. His work blends operational realism with elegant worldbuilding, following humanity as it confronts the unknown—and itself—across vast distances. He is currently developing a multi‑book sci‑fi franchise featuring the Pack, a group of young pilots caught between alien contact, political deception, and the terrifying scale of the galaxy. When he isn’t writing, Raymond is playing golf - badly and spending time with his wife and family - oh and his three dogs Lola, Tilly and Poppy.
