Dr. Ray Strand is a graduate of the University of Colorado Medical School. He finished his post graduate education at Mercy Hospital in San Diego, California. He has been involved in a private family practice for over 40 years. During the past 20 years, he has focused his practice on preventive and nutritional medicine. He is the author of several books like What Your Doctor Doesn’t Know about Nutritional Medicine [Thomas Nelson 2002], Death by Prescription [Thomas Nelson 2003], and Healthy for Life [Real Life Press 2005]. His book What Your Doctor Doesn’t Know about Nutritional Medicine has now been translated into over 30 different languages. His books Death by Prescription and Healthy for Life have both been translated into 8 different languages. He has lectured on preventive and nutritional medicine across the US, Canada, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, and Australia. Dr. Strand is quickly becoming one of the world’s leading authorities in Nutritional Medicine.
