Randy Ornstein has been promoted nine times during his 25-year career in the beverage industry. He has held leadership roles at both Anheuser-Busch InBev and Gopuff, building expertise in category management, marketing, sales, beverages, alcohol, distribution, ecommerce, and team leadership. Randy currently serves as Senior Director of Merchandising for Beverages at Gopuff, where he leads beverage strategy and merchandising across Gopuff, BevMo!, and Liquor Barn. He oversees assortment, pricing, promotions, supplier partnerships, and growth strategy. Prior to Gopuff, Randy spent 15 years at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where he held four Vice President-level roles, including VP of Beyond Beer, VP of Walmart & Sam’s Club, and VP of Non-Alcoholic Beverages. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with many of the largest retailers in the United States, including Walmart, Sam's Club, Kroger, Target, Albertsons, Safeway, HEB, Hy-Vee, and Meijer. Randy began his career at Information Resources Inc. before earning his BA in Business Marketing from Indiana University and his Executive MBA from University of Arkansas. Randy wrote Grow to share the practical strategies that helped him and many others advance their careers.
