Rachel C. Swanson is a best-selling and multiple award-winning author, inspirational speaker, and creative entrepreneur. She has published print, video, and online articles at Famifi (100+ million followers), Crosswalk, (In)Courage, QARA.org (leadership for millennial's), LifeWay, and more. Her best-selling book, "Big and Little Coloring Devotional," was birthed by her own struggle to keep it together as a busy mom of three children under two. Using the popular stress-relief coloring combined with Scripture for both adults and children to enjoy, this has become "so much more than a coloring book." Her nonfiction book released October 2019 titled "Refine and Restore: Revive Your Heart, Release Your Purpose." She also published three personal growth journals. In 2020 she became an accidental landlord but realized she loved the passive income it provided. So in 2021 she dove into investing, which became the catalyst to true financial independence acquiring 15 doors in her first year and managing several others through her business Ready Property Managers. Additionally, Rachel holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo California.
