Rachel B Aarons LCSW is a veteran psychotherapist with more than 40 years experience helping individuals, couples and families. Her most recent book, About Pain: For those who suffer and their caregivers, brings the subject of pain out of the shadows. Using a professional and personal perspective, she reveals the radically altering experience of being in severe pain and a range of different spiritual and psychological approaches to reduce, relieve and eliminate pain. Dr. Aarons is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified EMDR therapist in private practice in Santa Barbara California.
