I have no background in writing unless you count my 11th grade creative writing class. I actually didn't much like reading either. Then I met my, now husband, and we moved out of state. As a hairstylist, I— naturally— saw a lot of drama that happens in the salon. So, as a joke, I started writing down confrontations with our crazy manager and turned them into murder scenes. I never showed anyone but I always joked about writing a murder mystery about this evil woman that loved to upset us. Twenty years later I found my notes and decided, why not?! I liked the process so much I am going to continued these exaggerated stories. When I'm not writing, I am still doing hair here and there. I'm also a personal trainer and yoga teacher. I have two dogs that I take on walks and rides in the jeep. My husband, Rich and I like to spend time on the lake here in Georgia. We also like to visit our adult children and travel to far away places. Something only a few people know about me is that I love to binge watch many different things on TV. I now also enjoy reading.
