Hello! I'm Rachael Lucas, and I write the sort of books you can read when you fancy a bit of comfort reading. (If you hit the little + follow button you'll be updated when my books are on sale, and emailed when a new one is released...) THE LIGHTHOUSE LIBRARY is out now. It's the sixth novel I've written which is set in the little Scottish Highland village of Applemore, all of which are standalone stories. If you haven't read them all, now's a great time to catch up. The next in series is THE HARBOUR HOUSE which will arrive in Spring of 2026. I write my books at the kitchen table - all four of my children are grown up now, but they fly in and out of the nest, devouring the contents of the cupboards and asking to borrow the car keys, so it's the best place to get a passing hug and also to keep up with their news. After sixteen novels, I've learned to write with family life going on around me! ___ Rachael Lucas has written 16 novels for adults and teenagers, including the Carnegie nominated THE STATE OF GRACE, top ten bestseller SEALED WITH A KISS and the internationally bestselling APPLEMORE series.
