Quené Forée hails from the suburbs of Los Angeles with her parents and younger brother. Growing up in a household of spiritually awakened and loving parents, Quené was imparted with a deep sense of love, kindness, and spiritual awareness. From an early age, Quené was instilled with a profound belief in the power of positivity and the significance of being a force for positive change in the world. Then, at the age of 21, Quené experienced the unexpected loss of her brother Quinton. It is from this place that she had a profound spiritual awakening and embraced the lessons and love shared with her brother as the guiding light of her spiritual journey. As a “Happiness Influencer,” Quené’s prominent Instagram presence, @queneforee, serves as a daily source of positivity, love, and wisdom to uplift her viewers. As a Happiness Coach, she guides individuals on their paths to self-discovery and personal growth, empowering them to breakout of the confinements of their limitations and step into their greatest potential. Life’s journey, however, led Quené through a dark phase marked by death, divorce, and intense sadness. In her moment of vulnerability, she experienced another great awakening – a spiritual transformation that connected her with divine guidance and messages from beyond the physical realm in the form of signs and synchronicities. During this profound period of transformation and self-realization, the divine inspiration for her debut book, “Spiritually LIT,” downloaded into Quené’s consciousness. “Spiritually LIT” is a testament to Quené’s life mission, which is to help people release old burdens, embark on new paths, and find alignment with their authentic selves and purpose.
