Priscilla Watson describes herself as someone who has been through much change in her life, some by force and some by free will. She prides herself in her ability to use change as a motivator, but she does not shy away from forcefully addressing aspects of her life that are holding her back. She often speaks about a particular time in her life when she felt as if her identity, passions, and sense of purpose were just slipping through her fingers. Her whole sense of being just felt confused and trapped in a place that was stifling her growth and advancement. She was forced to become her own change agent! By changing her mindset about nutrition, she was able to lose over thirty pounds safely and healthily in under a year and have kept it off since. By incorporating mindfulness and other holistic practices in her daily routine, she has managed to overcome bouts of anxiety and now living a more freeing and peaceful life. After experiencing years of a toxic, emotionally draining relationship, she was finally able to break free. She rediscovered her passion of writing and is now becoming one with her life’s purpose. She now teaches and motivates people about their nutritional wellbeing, self-care, self-improvement, mental health, and offer advice on breaking free and healing from toxic relationships.
