I have been practicing as a licensed psychologist in San Antonio, Texas since 1995, with a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. I am also on the clinical adjunct faculty of The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. My focus is on supporting the well-being of individuals by tapping into their strengths and helping them adapt to life changes. Over the years, I have helped thousands of women get unstuck, gain clarity, and take action to improve every aspect of their lives, including their health, relationships, career, and parenting. Since one of my practice specialties is infertility, I regularly work with professional women, many of whom have delayed building their family in order to pursue their career. As a result, I am intimately familiar with the challenges modern women face in juggling multiple roles and navigating the tremendous pressures of contemporary life. I am married and have two children, so I understand the demands of being a working woman with a very full life!
