Peter is a spoken word poet, life coach and blogger. He lives in Dubbo, Australia, with his wife Penelope to whom he has been married for thirty-three years. Together, they have reared seven children. Peter’s first book Beautiful Quest, a contemplative non-fiction memoir, was published in 2015. Mia’s Magic Wand has been emerging from the mythic fog of Peter's imagination for years. Sometimes the characters were happy with his writing but they often seemed to have turned their backs on him. Then he had a lucid daydream where he was going down the tunnel of death and met a stranger coming the other way. He grabbed Peter by the throat and screamed, ‘You knew I lived in your neighbourhood, you knew all about my s**t and that someone like me was never going to talk to you. Why the f**k didn’t you do something so desperate and so beautiful that someone like me would know that someone up there had thought of me?’ Peter hopes Mia’s Magic Wand finds that stranger one day.
