Paul R. Fournier is an enterprise architect, author, and organizational strategist whose work focuses on how organizations are designed, led, managed, and aligned for sustained performance.

For more than two decades, Fournier has worked with organizations across multiple industries, from privately held businesses to large enterprises. His experience with executives, management teams, employees, customers, and suppliers led to the development of Cornerstones, an organizational framework built around leadership, culture, strategy, and communication.

His work has evolved into Enterprise Organizational Architecture, a broader discipline focused on understanding, designing, governing, and continuously calibrating the enterprise as an integrated organizational system.

Through his writing, Fournier explores how organizations can better understand themselves, align their people and systems, adapt to change, and turn knowledge into effective action.

Based in Kansas City, Missouri, he is also an investor, private pilot, and father of five adult children.
