Paul Gustavson is a co-founder and CTO of SimVentions, Inc., a technology firm supporting today’s military and decision makers with innovative engineering solutions. SimVentions has been recognized as one of Virginia’s Best Places to Work and was named by Inc. Magazine as one of “The Best Places to Work” in 2016 and 2022. As the CTO, Paul leads in identifying and contributing to the company’s capability and influencing the strategic vision. Paul is also the author of the books Breaking Average, Leaders Press On, and Speech Blueprint and co-host of the Breaking Average Podcast. He is an active member of the simulation and virtual reality communities. Paul and his wife Barbara live in Virginia.
