Pamila is co-creator of Sea Light, a creative endeavour to develop simple, easy-to-use wellbeing resources for educators—rooted in movement, breath, and connection to nature. Together with her co-creator Neelam, she creates nature- and movement-infused resources for educators, parents, and practitioners to use with children in everyday life.

At the heart of their work is a belief that building these foundations early in life is essential—helping children develop the tools to self-regulate, understand their emotions, and stay connected to both their inner world and the natural world around them, while also forming healthy habits rooted in physical movement.

They believe that education—particularly primary education—is a vital learning ground for small, simple tools that can shape a child’s lifelong learning and encourage emotional awareness, healthy habits, and resilience. Nature Flow, their first award-winning children’s book, offers poetry, mindful movement, and nature-based practices to bring calm, connection, and moments of regulation and joy into each day.
