Pam Young has been a reformed slob for more than 35 years. She teaches with humor and insight and her audiences take away creative strategies and practical steps to self-improvement in whatever area they choose. In 1977 Pam and her sister Peggy Jones decided they simply had to get organized and in the process found themselves with a business that has helped hundreds of thousands of disorganized women around the world and across at least two generations. After writing six best-selling books together, being on thousands of radio and television shows, and speaking to audiences of thousands, Peggy retired in 2002. In addition to running their original business, Sidetracked Home Executives Inc., Pam decided to take her creativity and delightful sense of humor and launch the very popular website www.makeitfunanditwillgetdone.com to help a new generation of SHEs. The Make it Fun website follows Pam's mission to be a positive force for good on the internet by striving to make this world a happier place through kind words, laughter, gentle direction and appreciation to women who seek to have their homes be peaceful, cozy, clean happy retreats from the world. Based on innumerable SHE requests for Pam and Peggy's out of print best-selling book The Sidetracked Sister's Happiness File, Pam re-released it as an audio book in 2008. Listeners delighted in hearing Pam read the book and due to the overwhelming response the book was released as an eBook in 2009. A challenge came to write a funny book about finances and Pam's initial reaction was, "Eegad, I'm in debt no way can I write that!" But after getting out of debt she wrote The GOOD Book: Get Out of Debt. Because of the success of the Happiness File audio book, Pam recorded the GOOD Book with all of her charm and wit. You'll find these books along with many great tools for being organized on her website. Beyond being a best-selling author and home organizer, Pam's creativity is limitless.
