I received the title Expert Writer with Ezinearticles in 2011. However, writing has always been a learning curve for me as I find new experiences every day. There is never a period where I believe I have reached the pinnacle in writing. I am happy to be a Copywriter and Journalist because these valuable skills have helped me to improve my digital footprint in cyberspace. Although I spent most of my career as a banker, my writing genre is mainly digital marketing and business productivity. This is due to the fact that I own a small web hosting and digital marketing business. In addition to my experience in digital marketing, I hold credentials in the field of Business Management. I am passionate about business and that propels me to get involve in implementing ways to be more effective in business communication. My first indelible impression was the implementation of customer feedback survey I initiated in 2000 while I was employed in the banking sector. The bank where I worked was going through a major restructure and merger. This change impacted significantly on the service to customers and staff members who worked assiduously throughout the transition process. During one of my lunch breaks I got a piece of paper and wrote down 10 points that I taught affected customer service. These pointers brought out questions which created a needs analysis to further address customer's concerns with the bank. From this feedback, the bank would be placed in a better position to tackle some of the issues we had during the bank’s merger. I took the draft to my branch Manager and after giving her feedback, suggested that I select a team to work on the survey. With some tweaks our branch was able to submit the questionnaire to the head office and it was approved for circulation to all the branches. Within 2 years, the survey was digitized and sent to all the branches within the Caribbean region. Today the above questionaire is developed with the latest technology that provides instantaneous feedback once customers complete the online survey. I am pleased with my involvement in this process and I use similar efforts in other industries after leaving the bank in 2007. I have done freelance consultations for several international marketing companies such as J.D Powers in the auto industry, FOX Studios, Lionsgate and Walt Disney in the Entertainment industry, and I have provided consultations for well-known food establishments in the food and beverage industry. My Journalism career has helped me to shape my community. I currently host a TV commentary where I delve into topical issues that affect our business community. In my spare time I exercise my mind and body regularly to stay physically and mentally focused. Most of my time is spent engaging in creative work. I am a father of 2 wonderful children and a devoted Christian. I believe honesty and trying to abide by ethical standards carries one far. It also helps to build ones character and it promotes the laws of attraction. I am driven by positive energy around me, however, where there is none; I create it as I am self-motivated. I hope you like my creative work as I look for reviews to build my community and further strengthen my work. I hope you enjoy my book as I look forward in publishing more articles in this genre.
