Throughout my career I have been blessed to work in the field of operations and have held various positions up to and including Plant Manager (multiple times). The thing that I have learned the most is that it’s all about people. I love people. People are just looking to be treated with dignity and respect. My dad taught me a valuable lesson growing up when he told me at the beginning of my career to never say that people work for you; always say that they work with you. I have held true to that thinking my entire career that people work with you not for you. Also, as you provide people with respect they will give you their respect. I tell you all of this because it is the basis for who I am today. I am a Business Owner, a Manager, a Son, a Brother, an Uncle, a Husband, a Friend but first and foremost; I am a Child of God.
