Oksana Babinska is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, world traveler, single mother, and a co-founder of Magnolia Streamside Resort and Magnolia Inn & Wellness Center in Poconos, Pennsylvania. Her journey began by exploring the world and collecting memories from eighty-nine different countries. Her love for travel ignited the spark to create spaces for others to create their own unforgettable experiences together with a holistic wellness approach. Born and raised in Kiev, Ukraine, Oksana came to New York at the age of twelve and started her independent life with just her sixteen-year-old sister by her side. From working for an iconic designer Vera Wang to being a day trader on Wall Street and then a real estate agent in New York and Pennsylvania, Oksana was always drawn to following her intuition and calling. Magnolia Inn & Wellness Center came to fruition in 2022 after Oksana’s emotionally taxing divorce and custody battle, which led to her channeling her energy into creating a therapeutic environment filled with various holistic wellness modalities for those seeking alternative ways to heal their bodies. Beyond her professional achievements, Oksana is a devoted single mother to her three-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Angelina. She cherishes her early explorations with Angelina and believes that worldschooling is an essential part of a child's education. Oksana continues to travel to light a passion for learning and expose her daughter to the incredible opportunities the world has to offer. Oksana and her sister/business partner are also driven to create a meaningful and sustainable community. Their latest endeavor is focused on building an Eco-Village of like-minded people with an alternative school on their existing 118 acres of land in Canadensis, Pennsylvania, just next to their resort. They were inspired by the Ringing Cedars book series. The sisters’ passion for sustainability and their belief in the power of education to bring about change has fueled this project. Oksana has come to understand the importance of having a supportive family around. She has seen firsthand the impact that it has, as it only strengthened her beliefs while going through all of her life’s ups and downs. Her own personal experience as a mother has also shown her that raising a child takes a village, and the additional love, support, and guidance from others is critical
