Norma Nicholson, BA, MA (Ed), RN (Retired), CEO and Founder of IgnitePress Consultant. A four-time self-published Author, Youth Advocate, Public Speaker, Educator and Mental Health Expert. She is a recognized public speaker who addresses the needs of vulnerable and at-risk youth and families by engaging with community partners to find ways to make a difference. She connects literature and education to impact minority families positively. The contents of her first and second books are used as educational tools to reach all age groups. She is dedicated to helping children and youth reach their potential through mentorship.
