My love of reading started at a very young age, when I would hide under the covers with a flashlight to continue reading my book - because I just had to know what happened next. From there, even as a young child I was always conjuring up stories and filling them with colorful characters on fantastic adventures. As an adult, books became my escape from reality and the dullness of the stress filled world we live in. I remember the first romance book I read, a marvelous historical novel by Julia Quinn. I Fell Head Over Heels in Love. From then on, I became an avid consumer of anything romance related because in my humble opinion, nothing is more delicious and dreamy than a good romance novel (yes even better than chocolate). Since then, I’ve progressed quite a bit to creating my own characters and putting them into missions and adventures that would lead to love. Writing has always been a hobby and a cathartic experience for me. A true passion in many ways that has held true regardless of life challenges and circumstances. Deciding to finally take the plunge and self publish as a professional author has been one of my greatest fears and also my greatest achievements. As a writer of romance, it is my greatest hope that people will read my books and take away the same breathless sense of wonder I do every time I enjoyed a good book. I hope my books inspire you to celebrate love in the same passionate, quirky, funny and sometimes shameless way my heroines and heroes do.
