Nik Kinley is a Director and Head of Talent Strategy for the global Talent Management consultancy YSC. His prior roles include Head of Learning for Barclays GRBF, and Global Head of Assessment and Coaching for the BP Group. He has specialized in the fields of talent assessment and behavior change for nearly twenty five years, and in this time has worked with CEOs, factory-floor workers, life-sentence prisoners, government officials and children. He began his career in commercial roles, before spending the next decade working in forensic psychotherapy. Nearly fifteen years ago he returned to working with organizations, and since then has worked with over half of the top 20 FTSE companies, identifying and developing talent across the globe. A frequent speaker at conferences and events, he has written books on corporate learning and talent assessment, published papers in leading journals, and developed materials for IMD, one of the top-ranked global business schools. His previous book, the highly popular Talent Intelligence: What You Need to Know to Identify and Measure Talent, was published in July 2013.
