As an experienced company director, investor and educator Nick has continued to build businesses throughout his life – small, medium and large. He does not preach from a text book or theory, his advice is real world and is derived from his own actions and experiences. He has grown a total of 34 companies across wide range of industries with a variety of business owners, mentors and professional investors. This has given him exposure to diverse business models, systems and processes that he has refined and streamlined for his clients. Nick has been a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management, and currently stand as a director of at least 12 different companies that operate throughout Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Europe. While a large portion of his life has been dedicated to heavy industrial, civil construction, mining and extractive industries, he has serviced clients from an extremely broad range of industries.
