Nicholas McIntire is the best-selling and critically-acclaimed author of the Epic Fantasy series, The Archanium Codex, and has been writing fantasy his entire life. While the bones of 2019's The Hunter's Gambit (Book One of the Archanium Codex) were crafted when he was 16, Nicholas has spent the past 20 years building a layered, textured, and fully-realized world. 2021's A Wicked Wind (Book Two of the Archanium Codex) and prequel novella The Gilded Prince: A Prelude to A Wicked Wind earned McIntire career-best accolades. The third book in The Archanium Codex, as well as several novellas, are tentatively slated for release in Autumn 2023. His debut novel, The Hunter's Gambit garnered critical acclaim, including placing as a Self-Published Fantasy Blog-Off 6 Semi-Finalist. Since its release in 2019, McIntire has been dedicated to reaching as many people as possible with the characters and stories he loves so much. In addition to Epic Fantasy, Nicholas is also a published poet and songwriter. A native Texan, he splits his time between his hometown of Fort Worth and Fort Davis, depending on his mood and sometimes the weather. McIntire has also earned three degrees (a B.A. in Russian, Eastern European, and Eurasian Studies, and both a BSN and MSN in Nursing), which have deeply influenced his voice as an author.
