With a track record of 19 years career experience across leadership advisory services - including strategy consulting, head-hunting, and executive coaching, Niamh O' Keeffe has become an internationally regarded expert on the performance acceleration of leaders and their teams. Niamh spent the first eight years of her career with Accenture as a strategy and management consultant, followed by two years as Chief Executive of a non-profit education & training centre. Prior to setting up First100 in 2004, Niamh worked for 2 years as a head-hunter in the City of London. Niamh will publish her new book Your First 100 Days: How to Make Maximum Impact in Your New Leadership Role (Financial Times Series) in October 2011.
