Hi I'm Neville Thompson an Irish Author, born and bred in Dublin. Before being published I worked at jobs as diverse as planting trees in Westmeath to a life guard in Greece. I write contemporary stories that don't pull any punches and critics have likened me to Roddy Doyle and Quentin Tarantino.My novels have been translated into French, German and Greek. I have written five novels to date and been editor on two books of Irish Prison stories having been writer in residence for the prison service for eight years. I started up a theatre company for ex-offenders and we toured Ireland and had a big success in the Dublin Fringe Festival.
