Nathan Makaryk is a writer, playwright, theater owner, director, actor, and improv comedian, living in southern California. His debut novel, this historical epic NOTTINGHAM (Forge Books, August 2019) is based on his critically-acclaimed original play THE LEGEND OF ROBIN HOOD, which premiered at the Maverick Theater in 2012. Its sequel LIONHEARTS followed in September 2020. Both are also available through Penguin Random House Australia.
