Naomi began her career leading multi-million pound infrastructure programmes and shaping strategy in complex organisations. This experience taught her that leadership isn’t about expertise, but about the impact you have on others – one conversation at a time – grounding her practical, human approach to leadership development. Known for her vibrant, high-energy style, she has designed and delivered hundreds of leadership programmes and completed more than 1,500 coaching hours, helping leaders shift from knowing what good leadership looks like to actually doing it. She also serves as a charity trustee, strengthening culture, people strategy and leadership capability. Outside work, she’s happiest with her family, exploring creative ideas or dipping into cold water.
