Naomi Knight discovered a new purpose after she had her two boys. She became a postpartum doula and gained extensive experience in pregnancy and birth and developed a deep interest in getting the essential information out to expecting parents without all the fluff. Her passion is empowering all women to be the best version of themselves in motherhood and in life. Naomi lives with her husband and two kids in Vermont. When she’s not writing, she’s on an adventure with her kids, exercising with friends, tending her garden, or preparing fresh foods from it. She likes to consider herself a fun, flexible, modern mom, and has made it her life’s work to educate and encourage other mom’s in their journey.
