Nagalakshmi Shanmugam is a passionate and powerful transformational speaker. She was one of the first 100 people selected by Jack from all over the world to learn and be trained to teach his Success Principles. She has been teaching the Success Principles for the last seven years to many corporates, NGOs, colleges, schools, women’s self-help groups, and people from all walks of life. Nagalakshmi has also recently started conducting marriage enrichment seminars aimed at helping people enjoy better, more fulfilling relationships in their marriage. She is also an award-winning professional translator who has translated nearly sixty international bestsellers from English to Tamil. Her translated works include those of Napoleon Hill, Stephen R. Covey, Joseph Murphy, Dale Carnegie, Norman Vincent Peale, John C. Maxwell, Spencer Johnson, Ken Blanchard, Shad Helmstetter, Les Giblin, John Gray, Gary Chapman, Brian Tracy, Jack Canfield, Robert Kiyosaki, Rhonda Byrne, Deepak Malhotra, and Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Prior to becoming a professional speaker and translator, she worked in the information technology industry for over a decade. She is one of the granddaughters of T.K. Muthusamy, one of the legendary T.K.S. brothers, who were the foremost pioneers of the Tamil Theatre Movement.
