I am Nagababu Jannu an author, technologist , and a living reminder that the strongest journeys are often the ones the world cannot immediately see. I was born blind in a small town in Andhra Pradesh, India. Before I could even understand what blindness meant, society had already written assumptions about my future—small expectations, limited possibilities, a life meant to stay in the shadows. But my life was never meant to be defined by what I lacked. My path was not easy. Even access to education required battles beyond the classroom. I faced intense resistance while seeking admission into polytechnic and later engineering, and my journey included fighting through legal challenges in the High Court simply to claim my right to learn and move forward. Step by step, through resilience, education, and an unshakable belief in dignity, I chose to build a different story—one shaped not by disability, but by determination and purpose. Today, I serve as a Vice President and Lead Software Engineer at a global finance company, leading large-scale enterprise applications and building systems that impact millions. Yet beyond professional success, my deeper mission lies in sharing the human truth behind the achievements. My debut memoir, The Unseen Path, is not a story of a single heroic moment. It is the real journey of learning to live fully, to rise through adversity, and to discover that our greatest strength is often found in the battles no one else can see. Through my writing, I hope to inspire anyone facing hardship—visible or invisible—to believe this: Your circumstances do not define your destiny. Your courage does.
