Nadiya is a global international trade leader with a diverse educational and professional background. She holds two Master's degrees in Business Management and Genetics, majoring in Polymorphic Genetic Markers in the Development of Breast Cancer. Starting her career in the banking sector in Ukraine, she pursued her passion for global markets by moving to Egypt to work for an export-import trading company. Later, she relocated to the UAE, where she held prominent positions in some of the leading FMCG industry companies on the globe. With deep insights into product development, manufacturing challenges, and technical aspects of various products, she founded INAS EXIM LLC in 2015, specializing in customized food solutions for Retail, Industrial production, and HoReCa Sectors. Nadiya has also shared her extensive international business experiences through contributions to various magazines, including Authority Magazine, CIO Times, Humans of Globe, Tycoon Success, Thrive Global, and more. Nadiya's passion for preserving nature and her commitment to the mission of the Equal Earth project led her to participate in a Woman Empowerment competition. There, she showcased a dress made entirely from recycled paper and jute thread, making a powerful statement about sustainable fashion and waste reduction. In recognition of her efforts, she was honored with the title of Best Personality at the Women Empowerment Platform in the UAE in 2020 also, bagging an award of second runners-up in the competition. In June 2023, Nadiya published her first business book, "Synergy: A Synopsis of an Elite Business Partnership," which chronicles her journey from an ordinary child in a middle-class family to a successful entrepreneur. The book explores her experiences in international trade, business management, and the values that shaped her remarkable career. 7, February, 2024 - She won at Women of Influence Nanaimo Awards, 2024 in Business Impact category. Inauguration was led by Sheila Malcolmson Minister of Social Development and Poverty Reduction of British Columbia and Women of Influence Nanaimo Chair Blaise Hunter. Through her multifaceted endeavors, Nadiya strives to create a lasting impact on the world by advocating for sustainable practices, promoting a harmonious relationship between humanity and nature, empowering women, and facilitating international trade.
