Mrinal Mishra, like so many authors, loved books when he was a child, preferring to escape between the covers of a book – be it science or science fiction – to spending time with people. He longed to be an astronaut when he was a child, but life took him on a different path, seeing him gain a PhD in Biology, and he now works as a medical researcher unravelling the mysteries of human disease – and helping to find cures, preventions and ways to manage said diseases. Mrinal’s life has changed dramatically from those early introverted days. From a large family in India, he now lives in the USA with his wife and their pet cat, Simba – life is quieter and that’s just how they all like it! Mrinal believes that every person should extend themselves, finding their limits (and perhaps expanding them) so they live without any ‘what if’ regrets. As an author, his goal is to inspire readers of all ages to embrace their imagination and explore the world around them. He believe that stories have the power to spark curiosity, foster empathy, and create connections between people from all walks of life. With his background in science and his passion for literature, he hopes to bring a unique perspective to his writing and inspire others to pursue their own passions and dreams. He is excited to continue sharing my stories with the world and look forward to publishing more books in the near future.
