Morgan Snyder is a grateful husband of twenty-five years to his wife, Cherie, and a proud father of two remarkable children. He serves as a spiritual director, strategist, teacher, writer, and speaker devoted to the formation of wholehearted leaders. Morgan is the President and Founder of Become Good Soil, established in 2010 as a global fellowship and training ground for leaders who have consented to organize their entire lives around apprenticeship to God and His Kingdom. His passion is to apprentice men, women, and marriages into wholeheartedness, freedom, and maturity for the sake of faithfully carrying responsibility in the Kingdom of God. For more than twenty-five years, Morgan served alongside John and Stasi Eldredge at Wild at Heart, including as Vice President. Throughout those decades, he helped initiate men and participate in the spiritual formation of leaders around the globe, guiding sold-out events and leadership initiatives across the United States, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, and beyond. Morgan now shares a mission with Cherie, a clinical counselor and co-host of the Become Good Soil Podcast, as they intentionally transition into becoming second-half-of-life leaders. Together, they are devoted to serving the next two generations of leaders while helping their peers become sages for the generations that follow. After turning fifty, Morgan and Cherie made the intentional decision to serve as full-time volunteers within their vocational space, offering their lives, experience, and leadership in wholehearted response to the invitation of God. Their work now centers on masculine and feminine initiation, resilient marriages, and Kingdom-hearted leadership for fully flourishing lives and communities. Whenever possible, Morgan still goes off the grid—whether bowhunting in the Colorado wilderness or pursuing the adventurous life with the people he treasures most.
