Mondo Grimes is a devoted husband and father of 3 daughters. Throughout his journey, Mondo went from a successful 10+ years in the music industry to then financially hit rock bottom after a divorce. With no home to call his own and facing countless rejections from employers, Mondo found himself at the starting blocks of a LIFE PROCESS that would change his life forever. With trial and error, Mondo discovered these 7 disciplines that not only saved his life but also, ignited new confidence in himself and the mindset of a Spartan warrior. Coming from a Michigan State University family and as a graduate himself, he has always identified with the Spartan culture. As the owner of Spartan Financial Insurance Agency, a sales trainer, speaker and life coach, Mondo’s mission is to encourage and inspire others by providing direction and being an example that if he can do it, so can you!
