Moe is a researcher and an expert in nutrition and self-development and an author of books that related to these topics. He has invested his part of his life to achieving optimal health. He continuously studies about the anthropology of human nutrition through science researching, investigating traditional healthy people’s diet, and implementing these strategies by himself. As a result, he made drastic changes in his life by following traditional diet the so-called “unhealthy” in our modern time. Simultaneously, he stopped following the Standard American Diet (S.A.D) guidelines and never felt better. For many years now, he has: healed himself from digestive disorders, lost weight with little effort, resisting the routinely “every year” sickness such as the colds, congestions, flu, and making fast health recovery. All that by making sure he was feeding his body and his immune system the right nutrition and other natural remedies such as medicinal herbs and not relying on pharmaceutical prescription to cover the symptoms. Moe also discovered that the mind and the digestive system (especially the gut) are inextricably connected which means having a vibrant physical health will lead to an optimistic mind away from depression and other negative mindsets such as anxiety.
