Mixon Stenhamn has a Bachelor of Science in Informatics and an Executive MBA from the prestigious School of Economics and Commercial Law in Gothenburg. He continued his studies in economics at Université d'Aix-Marseille III in France. His career began as a software engineer and IT consultant. He then moved on to bridge the gap between technology and business requirements, leading to his managing director role at several technology companies. It continued with various leadership roles, including positions as CIO and IT Manager in both the public and private sectors. I also excelled as a management consultant. As a multifaceted professional and seasoned martial arts instructor and Coach, Mixon has dedicated his life to empowering individuals through the disciplined practice of martial arts, including Yoga, Fitness, Crosstraining, HIIT, and Outdoor Boot Camp. His passion for physical fitness and mental toughness training is evident in every class he leads, where he inspires his students to push beyond their limits and achieve their personal bests. In addition to his martial arts expertise, Mixon was trained in outdoor survival when serving in the Swedish Military as Commander of a Reconnaissance Platoon, as a Scout leader, and later at All In Nature Sweden (AINS). He now works as an assistant instructor at AINS in outdoor safety, first aid, and survival. His mission is to ensure that every individual—whether a child embarking on their first hike, a teenager eager to explore, or a family planning a camping trip—can do so with the assurance and joy of being prepared.
