Mistress Damiana Chi, Ph.D. has been a professional and lifestyle Dominatrix in Los Angeles since 1999, where she owns and runs The Chi Temple, an elegantly-appointed BDSM studio. She holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, an M.A. in counseling psychology, a B.A. in behavioral sciences, and is a certified sexologist, specializing in kink-centered counseling and life coaching. 
 She is the founder of The Evolutionary Dominatrix™ Academy, where she personally mentors women worldwide in the art of Conscious Female Domination. Her teachings are strongly rooted in traditional FemDom, enhanced with her signature method for holistic, multidimensional domination, The Dominatrix Archetypes®, as well as an in-depth focus in submissive psychology. The marriage of her background in psychology, and passion for the BDSM arts gave birth to her evolutionary teachings, taking FemDom to a new level of excellence, connection, and joy. She is the host of the Lightworkers Who Play in the Dark podcast, which provides a glimpse into the real world of BDSM, FemDom, kink, and D/s, and the intricacies of the lives of people who live in it.  Mistress Damiana also lives a very full and fulfilling vanilla life as a loving mother of two beautiful teenage daughters, two dogs, and two cats in the suburbs of Los Angeles. She enjoys cooking vegan meals for her family, attending music events, hiking in the mountains, soaking in the hot springs of the desert, and sunbathing at the beach.
