A bit about me... I'm a Managing Partner at Skyline Group International and President of C4X - the leadership coaching technology side of the business. I spend most of my time focused on market positioning, product development, and working with a select number of leadership coaching clients.

I love transforming ideas into products and this has led me down the path of developing and launching a number of productivity solutions including, co-founding Hit the Ground Running an employee performance software company in 2006. Hit The Ground Running's clients included BEA Systems, Yahoo!, Toyota, and VeriSign. In 2010, Hit the Ground Running was acquired by Kenexa (now IBM).

In the attempt to share ideas and hopefully make a positive contribution to the world of work, I have also written numerous articles on leadership and employee performance and four books in the area of employee performance: Sink or Swim (employee integration), Job Spa (employee engagement), and The End of Work as You Know It (employee engagement), Hidden Sterngths: Unleashing The Crucial Leadership Skills you Already Have (Berrett-Koehler, 2015).
