Mike MacLean is responsible for writing the most outrageous monster movies ever to prowl cable TV, including Sharktopus, Piranhaconda, and Dinocroc vs. Supergator, all produced by Hollywood legend Roger Corman. Mike then leapt into the Hellish world of Lady Death, co-writing the incredibly successful Coffin Comics line of graphic novels with independent icon Brian Pulido. Mike’s other credits include a creature feature thriller and a slew of bone-breaking crime stories that bloodied the pages of The Best American Mystery Stories and Ellery Queen Mystery Magazine. Mike was born and raised in Tempe Arizona. He still lives there today with his wife Bobbie, (author of Death Rides a Vespa) their daughters, and two lazy dogs.
