His life and ministry are characterized by connecting people in covenant relationship with God and each other. He and his wife Kathy developed a faith community marked by diversity and reconciliation with more than 100 nations represented. Currently, Mike Hayes serves as President and Founder of Mike Hayes Ministries a global ministry designed to equip business leaders and lay persons to live with purpose and influence the world around them.
