Michael Stamatinos is a healthcare executive, board director, author, and strategic advisor who has spent more than two decades helping people, ideas, and organizations move forward.

He is the author of The Access Game and creator of the Relationship Equity Principle™, a framework built on the belief that trust, consistently invested over time, becomes one of the most valuable assets in business and in life.

Michael is Managing Partner of Omorfi, founder of the Advancing Healthcare Innovation Consortium, and host of the Advancing Healthcare Innovation Show, where he has conducted nearly 200 conversations with leaders shaping the future of healthcare.

He serves on the Board of Directors of Sinai Chicago and holds board and advisory roles with Belmont University’s Thomas F. Frist, Jr. College of Medicine, the Home Centered Care Institute, ARIS AI, and HITEKS Solutions. He is also the co-founder of Mastermind Unit, a nonprofit supporting children’s charities.
