Michael Polek is an author, workshop facilitator, and Life Coach living in Los Angeles, California. He has been an avid student of personal growth and development for over twenty-five years. Michael earned his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Loyola University Maryland in 1990. He earned Master's Degrees from the University of Maryland in Computer Science in 1995 and from the University of Santa Monica in Spiritual Psychology in 2000. He also received Certificates in Consciousness, Health, and Healing and in Soul-Centered Leadership from the University of Santa Monica in 2002 and 2005, respectively. Michael is a graduate of Insight Seminars, including Insight IV: Knowing the Purpose of Your Heart, a professional seminar. Michael is an active minister in the Church of the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness. His ministry is one of service in the community through volunteering and working with individuals and groups to bring about healing and transformation. He has facilitated workshops in Southern California, the Midwest, and Online. Michael enjoys playing bridge, beach volleyball, and traveling to experience different cultures. He married his husband Derrick in 2022 in Marina Del Rey, CA, USA. Michael is the owner and operator of Michael Polek Spiritual Life Coaching.
