Michael Landers is the founder and president of Culture Crossing, Inc.,(www.culturecrosing.net) a global consulting company dedicated to finding innovative solutions for groups and individuals working in challenging global contexts. Over the past 20 years, Michael has designed and facilitated programs for global executives and managers with whom he works to build essential skills in arenas such as: leadership and coaching, cross-cultural communication and team building, cultural diversity and inclusion, sustained employee engagement and international sales and negotiations. Michael has conducted business in over 35 countries which has given him a strong understanding of the pitfalls and challenges business professionals often face while working with the global community. Although American, Michael was raised in countries throughout Latin America. He returned to the U.S. to receive a B.A in International Relations followed by a Masters degree in Cross-cultural Studies from Lesley College. Fluent in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, proficient in Japanese and Italian, Michael’s language skills enable him to establish strong and sustained connections with many of his clients.  He also shares his expertise with others through lectures and speaking engagements at schools, universities, and other institutions around the globe. Culture Crossing’s clients include: Apple, Google, Samsung, HSBC, SAP, Novartis, Fiat Worldwide, Isuzu Motors of Japan, Airbnb,, Kaiser Permanente, Cal Atlantic Homes, and Mead Johnson.
