Michael D. Frost is a science-fiction writer from Cheshire, England. Born in Wigan (1987), Michael is a life-long enthusiast of science fiction with a background in digital marketing, Film & Media A-level teaching and music production. Father to a son with ADHD, Michael created the Takhari series to be 'spectrum conscious' based on his son's condition; shorter books and chapters for a sense of completion, blocks of narrative broken up by illustrations, characters who exhibit symptoms and are accepting of each other in their new found-family. Considered to be somewhat of a 'mad scientist', Michael is an all-rounder when it comes to book promotion; building his own website, developing a Takhari VR experience on Meta Quest, running a hugely popular Instagram page '@scifibookguy', exhibiting at local comic-cons and hosting creative writing workshops in the local community. As an avid musician, Michael plays over seven different instruments - most notably composing the orchestral score for the Takhari audiobook series, mastered at Abbey Road Studios. 📷 @scifibookguy
