His International Bestseller "Video Game Careers Demystified: The Trifecta of Creators, Athletes, and Ecosystem in a Thriving Industry" informs and educates young gamers with a "God's eye view" of what it's really like to develop and publish games. By quoting experts who worked on icons like Halo, Assassin's Creed, Battlefield, and ABC mouse - this book encourages young people to look within themselves, and to explore turning their passions into lifelong pursuits in gaming, the arts, technology, and beyond.

In the USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestselling book-anthology "Experts Cure: How Entrepreneur's Cure" Michael feels honored to be a bullhorn and scribe - telling the stories of world-changing entrepreneurs like Christine Outram of Everydae (who is transforming traditional college and SAT prep into something highly accessible, interactive, and fun), Amir Bozorgzadeh of Virtuleap (who uses virtual reality brain training games to reverse the effects of aging-related cognitive degeneration from Alzheimers, Parkinson's, and dementia) and Chris Thomas of Fusion Odyssey (who uses sports psychology to help youth athletes take full ownership and hack the emotional, psychological, and intellectual elements of the mental game, in order to execute personal bests on the playing field and in life.)

Michael is a bona fide nerd with an undergraduate degree in Robotics and Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and a MBA in Marketing from the University of Southern California. When not following in the footsteps of his favorite authors Malcolm Gladwell and John Grisham, Michael loves channeling his inner Steph Curry on a basketball court and his spirit chefs Masaharu Morimoto and Jose Andres.
