Michael Anthony, M.Div, is the bestselling author of "How to Stop Kidnapping Yourself: Break Free from Anxiety, Overthinking, Negative Thoughts & Self-Sabotage." He escaped real kidnapping attempts as a child and seven brushes with death as an adult, then spent years kidnapping himself before he found the way out. Under extreme pressure, he learned how to rewire his brain and rebuild his life, and he designed the methodology that got him out, the one detailed in "How to Stop Kidnapping Yourself."

Mike is an international speaker and mindset expert whose work blends neuroscience with personal application.
