Born in London, UK, I write and script edit TV and audio scripts. The Righteous Spy is my first espionage novel. Like many writers, my first passion was reading. As a child, I took my pocket money down to the bookshop and bought a paperback. Back home, I read my new book and once I'd finished, I wrote my own stories; these usually involved time travel and adventure. As an adult, I wrote for business magazines and corporate newspapers as well as spending time as a picture researcher and photographer. When I started to write fiction, I found I was seeing stories visually and I moved into TV and film where I've worked on BAFTA winner productions and also worked for BBC Comedy.
