Melissa Curtin never imagined herself as a writer, but thanks to a keen professor who insisted on active verbs and banished passive voice, she found her knack for putting words together. Outdoorsy and sporty, she finds solace in nature and enjoys DIY projects…except for painting trim. Her favorite moments are spent with family and friends, sharing laughter and making memories. Melissa's dream, if Jesus allows it, would be to write and speak. Having experienced restoration herself, she longs to help free more captives from believing their past pains and failures can only lead to dashed dreams and brokenness. Despite the warfare she's encountered on this journey, she believes in the importance of her mission, guided by far more reasons than she can begin to comprehend.
